Dr. Rachel Champion
Professional Bio

Rachel Champion, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Vanderbitl University Medical Center. She is interested in general medical dermatology in adults and adolescents, as well as resident education. 

She received her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University and earned her MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Champion completed an internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In her final year of residency, she served as chief resident and was awarded the Lloyd E. King, Jr. Excellence in Teaching Award. 

Dr. Champion is actively involved in resident education serving as a first-year continuity clinic preceptor and as the Associate Program Director of the Dermatology Residency Program.
