Professional Bio
Carla Lee, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She joined Vanderbilt in 2021 and her primary focus is on general and medical dermatology in both pediatric and adult patients.
Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, she completed undergraduate school at the University of Georgia where she graduated magna cum laude. She attended Harvard University where she earned a PhD in cellular biology. Dr. Lee attended medical school at Vanderbilt University and completed a residency in dermatology at VUMC. In addition, she completed a fellowship in pediatric dermatology at the University of San Diego. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
